Sensational team. Very professional and extremely kind, felt comfortable in their hands the entire time. They also took incredible care of me due to an immediate emergency... Highly recommend.
This practice started off well and I had good experiences. Now down to one dentist as personal ambitions of the owners were put before professionalism. Last two visits the practice was down to one dentist and they have adopted a practice of 'slotting in' people - so even if you have booked and confirmed the appointment ( ie taken the time to respond to their texts asking that you will be on time!) expect to be told there is a delay and others before you who have been 'slotted in'.A classic case of professional services arrogance and lack of customer service. At my last ( and final) visit which I cancelled after being told others had been 'slotted in', I was even treated to a story of how the receptionist had to wait 3 hours for a medical specialist yesterday! - as if to say this is nothing!. sorry, there are other dentists who can do the job equally well.
