We found our vist great, the Salad rolls where beautiful, large rolls full of all things yummy. We had a made up roll, but we where told at the same time they have both fresh or made up. The service was fantastic

They have missed items/given us the incorrect items. I never changed my mind on the order. Never ordered a Roast Beef Gravy Roll. I Ordered a Rubys Burger from the start. Appreciated they made it at the end. My friend didnt have enough money because you charged him $60 altogether including two extra wraps he didnt order. The order was always placed correctly.In response to your comment.. It already spiraled out from the moment you accused my friend for being " inebriated" when he wasn't! First you stated the order was read back to him two times and the next you say it was read back to him 3 times...Make up your mind on what lies you want to tell before commenting. I feel sorry too that you have to cover your side of the story with lies because it's businesses like yours that makes me hope and pray that Ruby's have New Management on the way. We can surely agree to disagree!! Giving you more reviews on whatever social media I choose might buck up your ideas on how you treat customers and give a good service
