Rented snowshoes. Helpful staff, gear was in working order, helped me have fun... seems reasonable for rental prices
Had a great and smooth experience here last month with my family. Once all our details have been entered into their computers (which takes a little time), all was straight forward and we were looked after well. You can collect pre-ordered snow passes here (if you dont have them already), which saved heaps of time up at Falls. Will be returning again for any hire gear, including chains for some spring skiing!
Good service from well trained people. There is a computer to fill out your details before you hire any gear. Once your done that each time you come back to the shop to hire more gear your details are already on the computer with the info you used last time. Makes it quicker.
Highly unhelpful service and very rude. Cant believe the arrogance and attitude of Patrick when dealing with a simple question. He had no product knowledge and negative customer service. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Happy to discuss further.
Seemed a little dis-organised but staff were mainly friendly (some had to be asked to be helpful). Booking in on their computer is retarded and that system needs to be replaced as it creates havoc with the "General Public". Our visit was too stressful and I chose not to do that again. Quality of goods hired was great though
