We love Snowball! Buses are great and the Drivers are exceptional; on a crazy road we felt incredibly safe.
I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough! After missing our other service to Hotham with a different company the bus driver of snowball express did his absolute best to ensure we got a service to where we needed to go- which happened to end up been with snowball express! The customer service in booking a ticket is amazing, and the bus driver was lovely. They are a fantastic family owned local business who strives to make everyone's mount Hotham experience a positive one! This bus service is exceptional, I won't ever travel to the snow with any other company again!
